I'm not sure but I think it might be Raven. I've seen a cover shot of a film called Raven and Ginger's hairstyle seems the same so it might be from there.

The most recent movies she made were for PlatinumXpictures last year. Check out "Size Queens", she does a dp and takes a double facial, and she was also featured in a g/g scene in "Jewel D'Nyles Las Movie".
